Business meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Parish Hall. Other monthly activities include Bingo at a local nursing home.

Quarterly activities include Corporate Communion and Texas Hold 'em tournament.
|
|
Annual activities include casino night, golf tournament, Christmas parade, fish fries on Ash Wednesday and during Fridays in Lent, All Hallow's Eve party, nut sale, and booths at St. Elizabeth's Fiesta and the city of Pflugerville's Deutschen Pfest.

The council participates in other activities periodically, such as breakfast taco or barbecue chicken sales and church grounds cleanup or other maintenance. We also sponsored a casino trip in 2006. Perhaps it will become an annual event.
